All-Church Picnic, Sunday, July 11
We'll have our annual all-church picnic at the shelter at Larz Anderson Park on Sunday, July 11, from 3:00p.m. until dusk.
We're looking for coolers and asking everyone to bring their own soda or drinks. Please feel free to bring any board games that would be fun to play. Bring your cameras, too!
The church will supply hot dogs, hamburgers, condiments, cooking utensils, charcoal, tablecloths, and cooks.
- If your last name begins with A-G, please bring one of the following:
- Hot dog rolls to serve up to 10
- Hamburger rolls to serve up to 10
- Water, either by the case or the gallon
- If your last name begins with H-M, please bring one of the following:
- Potato Salad to serve up to 10
- Garden Salad to serve up to 10
- Plates—large and small, cups, cutlery, napkins, paper towels
- If your last name begins with N-Z, please bring one of the following:
- Fruit Salad to serve up to 10
- Watermelon (whole)
- Cookies or Brownies to serve up to 10
We'll also need people to help set up and help clean up.
Rides will be provided for people who need them.
Freedom Trail Tour, date TBD
Ted Kulik will be leading a tour of Boston's Freedom Trail, giving particular attention to religious events and themes. Speak to Ted or Bethaney for more information.
